Description:

Reporting into the Head of Industrial Sales and Leasing, VIC, the Team Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Industrial Sales and Leasing team in Mt Waverley and occasionally assist the Industrial Sales and Leasing team located in the Melbourne CBD and other areas of the business where required. The Team Assistant will work to assist the Industrial team in winning and delivering of services to our local and global clients. 


Please note: This position is Part Time, Three days per week (Tues/Wed/Thurs), hours 9am to 3pm. 


What you Will Do

  • Preparation and coordination of marketing components including information memorandums, internet listings, signboards, newspaper advertisements, brochures and other ad-hoc marketing requests.
  • Coordination and creation of reports, submissions and other documentation.
  • Ensuring presentation and formatting of marketing material are professional, consistent and relevant to the Cushman & Wakefield brand.
  • Provide administration services such as processing of invoices, expense reimbursements, binding and general administrative support to the divisions team as requested.
  • Database management, ensuring accuracy information.
  • Articulate and live the Cushman & Wakefield culture, model organisational values and required behaviour and hold others (employees and peers) accountable for their actions by identifying and acting on behaviour which is inconsistent with agreed standards.

  • Adobe InDesign, highly desirable but not essential
